Repair or replacement of equipment in the Central Repair Service • Repair of equipment is performed by center repair service of UTAS Co.; • delivery of equipment to the repair service and its return delivery are arranged by the customer; • repair period - 14 working days; • receiving hours of claims for repair are determined by working hours of the repair service.
Repair of equipment on-site • In certain cases UTAS Co. provides field repairs where the equipment is installed. • Each individual case is agreed with the customer.
Guaranteed repair period •For support of critical equipment UTAS Co. performs repairing on-site with a guaranteed repair period and providing a customer with similar equipment from buffer stock for the repair period; • claims receiving hours - from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
