Service

UTAS Co. provides services for the assembly, installation and start-up of equipment and software.

Servicing includes basic equipment installation:
• unpacking, checking the integrity and assembly in accordance with specifications;
• installation of additional components purchased separately;
• repair or replacement of damaged components;
• basic checking of devices operability;
• a brief customer training;
• a picking of packaging materials.

Warranty period for UTAS’s equipment

The products manufactured by UTAS Co. are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 24 months and accessories - for 12 months.

When the warranty expires

According to the Ukrainian legislation, either hardware or software warranty starts from the date of sale and is valid for a period specified in the product certificate.
